Our C.S.A. schedule for 2011:

23 weeks - starting the week of June 13th through the week of November 14th.

Levels of Subscription:

Level 1 : Provides a box of produce sized to feed a family with 1-2 small children or could be split between two single neighbors or co-workers - $20.50/wk.

Level 2: Provides a larger box of produce to feed a family that has a higher demand for healthy, fresh vegetables, or again, could be split between two neighbors or co-workers - $26.50/wk.

Level 3: Provides our largest box of produce to feed a larger or vegetarian family. Again, ask a friend or neighbor to split this large box to better fit your needs - $30.00/wk.

All levels of subscription can be taken as a half-share, which will be delivered every other week. There will be a $25/year surcharge for such a delivery schedule. This fee can be waived if you subscribe and make a deposit by May 1st.

Yes, you can pick-up your C.S.A. box at Brenckle's Farm located on Glen Eden Road in New Sewickley Twp. This gives the added benefit of some extra al a carte shopping. Days and times for on-the-farm pick-up will be determined in May and will depend on response and customer demand, so sign up now. To our neighbors in Cranberry Twp., we are closer than you think, just 3.5 miles from Rt. 19 - our fields border Cranberry Twp.

C.S.A. Deliveries

Delivery routes for 2011 have not yet been determined and are based on customer demand, so please sign up early. We have explored staging drop-off sites at local businesses for employees in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park and at other businesses. So if there is a demand for this service at your place of business, no matter the location, let us know. We will pursue the proper channels to fulfill your needs. We have received permission to use Cranberry Municipal Building parking lot for a drop-off site. We will be looking for "host" homes to use as drop-off sites in our residential neighborhoods. This will translate into some periodical perks for those who volunteer for this necessary service.

Since we are looking to build a customer base, we will give ten reference slips to the first hundred customers who sign up. For each reference slip we receive back with your name on it, you will receive 50% off a one week subscription, so long as that person signs up with a deposit.
